The Cottageville Police Dept. conducted a successful police safety checkpoint on 12/31/2025 from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM, in the area of Pierce Rd. & Griffith Acres. This checkpoint promoted roadway safety & ensured compliance w/traffic laws. Motorists were encouraged to drive safely & allow for brief

    Proper Attire for Cottageville Municipal Court Room:

    NO shorts, hats, flip flops, cut off shirts, tank tops, pajamas, or sagging pants. NO cell phones or electronic devices are allowed. All bags and purses are subject to be searched. You must check in before entering the Courtroom. 


    Identification will be requested if you intend to enter the Courtroom.
